Revenue tripled quarter-over-quarter, driven by 5 new enterprise contracts signed in December alone. We welcomed Dr. Michael Chen as our VP of Engineering. Michael spent 8 years at Google DeepMind building the agent infrastructure that powers Gemini — and he's joining us to build ours at 10x the scale.

We're also announcing our Agent Marketplace launching in Q1, which will allow third-party developers to publish and monetize agent workflows on NeuralForge. We have 47 developers already waitlisted.

We launched VoiceOS to the public on December 10th, and the results have exceeded every internal projection.

500 paying customers activated in the first 30 days. We processed over 2 million voice minutes in December alone. Latency is averaging 280ms — below our 300ms target.

We're raising our Series A at a $45M valuation. We'll share details with you first before opening to new investors.

Incredible news — our Series A is oversubscribed. We set out to raise $15M and will close at $25M at a $120M post-money valuation, led by Accel with participation from existing investors.

This round gives us 3 years of runway to build our vision: becoming the AI layer for every pull request on the planet. We currently review 500K PRs per month — we intend to be at 50M within 24 months.

We're proud to announce our first $1M ARR enterprise contract — a Fortune 100 financial services firm will be migrating their entire AI data stack to DataMesh over the next 12 months.

This validates our thesis: enterprises need a unified AI data layer, and they're willing to pay for it. We now have $6.5M ARR locked in for 2025 before January 1st.
