1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the InfinityVC platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be an accredited investor as defined under SEC Rule 501 of Regulation D to invest through InfinityVC. By using our investment services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. Investment Risks
Investments in startups and early-stage companies are highly speculative and involve significant risk, including the risk of total loss of your investment. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You should only invest money you can afford to lose entirely.
4. Platform Services
InfinityVC provides a technology platform that facilitates connections between investors and companies. We are not a registered broker-dealer, investment advisor, or financial institution. We do not provide investment advice. All investment decisions are solely your own.
5. SPV Structure
Investments are made through Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) organized as LLCs under applicable state law. Each SPV is governed by its own Operating Agreement, which you will receive prior to investing.
6. Fees
InfinityVC charges a management fee and/or carried interest on investments as disclosed in each deal's term sheet. Please review all fee disclosures before investing.
